THE POWER OF PRAYERPrayer has always covered our endeavours but imagine “a strategic wave of prayer ascending from the earth each week”! Ephesians 6 says that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but spiritual for the pulling down of strongholds. It could honestly be as easy as EVERY MONDAY MORNING taking some time to focus and pray individually, but in reality we’d be praying collectively. It could be 5 minutes in the shower, a 20 minute “walk & prayer” before your day begins, or it could be you and your Bible at morning tea in the office, where you read and quietly in your own spirit pray the authoritive, life-giving, devil-destroying Word out into the unseen.As a Sisterhood we need to prayer and agree together – keep visiting this page or www.twitter.com/coloursistahood for what has potential to become a “mighty wave of united prayer”.
BE THE CHANGEAt COLOUR, we presented a number of key areas, which you can find listed below, where we as a Sisterhood are seeking to bring solution. Please continue to keep these initiatives in your hearts and prayers as we seek to respond to the cries of humanity.
I know that as we align our hearts together as a powerful force of concerned women and as we agree and proclaim His will, His Word and His heart over these needs, we will see justice prevail and spiritual breakthrough. We will communicate with you on a regular basis, letting you know the greatest needs as they come to hand to ensure that you are able to see how God is moving, and more specifically, how you can wage war in the heavenlies.
